Note: We do not collect sensitive biometric data, app-based GPS location, or real-time behavioral tracking.

All information is collected voluntarily and solely for the purpose of providing transportation services, responding to inquiries, or improving customer experience.

Although Jonajo Private Transportation does not use a mobile app, we still implement strong privacy and safety measures to protect both our clients and drivers:

  • Direct Communication Control: We only use the contact details you provide (e.g., phone or email) to confirm bookings, share driver details, or notify you about your trip. We do not use your number for marketing unless you opt in.

  • Location Privacy: We only collect pick-up and drop-off addresses for service delivery. This information is securely stored and is not shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete the trip or comply with legal obligations.

  • Data Minimization: We collect only the minimum amount of personal information required to schedule and complete your transportation request.

  • Paper and Digital Record Security: All trip records and customer information are stored securely, whether in digital format (e.g., via encrypted email, secure booking system) or physical form (e.g., printed logs stored in a locked cabinet).

  • Driver Accountability: All drivers undergo internal screening, and trip records are retained to ensure accountability, address complaints, or respond to legal inquiries if needed.

  • Consent-Based Data Sharing: We will never share your trip details, personal information, or contact data with anyone outside our company unless required by law or explicitly authorized by you.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • We do not store payment card information on our systems—payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we’ve collected such information, we will delete it immediately and notify the appropriate guardian if applicable.
