At Jonajo Private Transportation, we strive to deliver an exceptional and reliable experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for scheduled transportation services.

1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if your cancellation meets the following criteria:

  • Full Refund:

    • You cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

    • The Company cancels the ride due to internal reasons and cannot reschedule.

  • Partial Refund:

    • You cancel your reservation within 12–24 hours of the scheduled pickup time. A cancellation fee (typically 25–50% of the booking amount) may apply.

    • The driver arrives late and you choose not to complete the ride, but transportation had already been dispatched.

  • No Refund:

    • You cancel your ride less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

    • You fail to show up at the agreed pickup location (“no-show”).

    • You are removed from the vehicle for violating our conduct or safety policies.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled service:

  • Your full name

  • Date and time of service

  • Booking confirmation number, if applicable

  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 2 - 48 hours and let you know the outcome or if additional information is needed.

3. Payment Method and Timeline

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Service fees or deposits (unless otherwise stated at booking)

  • Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors (if applicable)

  • Tips or gratuities already disbursed to drivers

5. Disputes and Exceptions

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or that an exception to this policy should be considered (e.g., due to emergency circumstances), please contact us as soon as possible. We handle these on a case-by-case basis with fairness and discretion.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services implies your agreement with the current policy.
